What are some companies that offer good compensation for interesting Machine Learning related work?

I am a new graduate from tier 1 college who feels stuck working in Data Science team of a Finance Company. I want to get out within an year and hopefully join a proper Machine Learning related role.

What are some companies (like Adobe) that offer good work in advanced ML topics, hire BTechs and pay well?
