What are some companies that actually hire for remote roles. Considering 90 days notice period

Hi, can anyone please list out some companies that actually hire for remote roles or flexible hybrids and even hire ones having a 90 day notice period. I tried finding it on Google but it didn’t help. Also any platform that is actually useful for this.
