🫵Let’s get one thing straight. If you think RMG and HR roles are “easy” or don’t require real skills, try stepping into one at a high-paying MNC or a startup.
You have defended RMG before and I am now 100% sure you are either RMG or HR.
100s of people including me have submitted AI hackathon ideas to eliminate RMG completely.
Most times RMGs don't even know the difference in technology. Ask OIC and they give OCI thinking it is same. An internal portal for internal job posting like Capgemini will help a lot.
Non billable people not bringing any revenue should be removed first . HR and RMG should be first .
Btw why you need RMG in first place. Create a portal so that project and resources can coordinate themselves.
