What are percent of increments for ratings and Band?

Theoretically, ratings are used to provide bands like A,B,C,D. Based on Band ,% increment is determined e.g; A:7-8%, B:4-5%, C:2% etc.

But practically, ratings are useless at all, as bands solely depend on your Manager and Unit HR.
