Trending @Cognizant; What are eligibility criteria for promotion from Associate to Senior Associate?

- Got 5/5 ratings last year
- Working as a Lead, multiple SA works under me.
- Highly Good at my technicals
- Lot's of appreciation internal/external
So I need to ask for a promotion or will they give automatically? Also, what hike should I ask?
Change the Job get a hike and promotion too. Dont Beg!

I got a good project and lead role. So much from learning perspective. Want to stay atleast 2 more years if i get some good salary hike. Some of my Team members are SA and they are already getting almost double of mine because they have 10+ YOE
Please speak to your HCM and if they defer promotion, keep checking in every two months.
They are saying "let's see what we can do". I talked with my HCM'S Manager directly as my HCM keeps changing every year. My HCM'S Manager has been in CTS for over 15 years. I'm trying my best to be retained here due to a good project but they don't care now. Will be resigning shortly in the next few weeks/months but I won't be staying post resignation.
