What are DFR Alerts?

About to get released and getting mails like, I have been shortlisted for some random project and then again a mail saying that someone rejected my shortlisting as I am not suitable. Like, nobody even contacted me and straightaway not suitable? Can anyone explain? Getting these mails from DFR Alerts.

Your supervisor nominates you for some role in some projects, the project people will reject if you're not suitable for the role. Don't worry about it, there are two places where you can get into projects. One is where any random rmg will nominate you for projects another one is where the supervisor nominates.
