Nope not all. I see at least 90% cases are on or after covid. Remaining maybe the experienced employees who are getting salary for nothing.

I attended the meeting and they are not letting me know the criteria for fluidity list saying it's not the right forum and is not disclosed due to confidentiality(Not sure if they are even aware of it)
