The biggest lie about Capgemini is their tagline - "Get the future you want". It is completely opposite of what they are offering.

Although there were many positive aspects of my experience at Capgemini, there were also some downsides. One significant issue was the lack of support from certain managers and HR personnel. For instance, when faced with genuine family-related issues requiring a location change, assistance was often denied, which could be quite challenging for employees in such situations
