What are all formalities and expectations in forced resignation?

What are all formalities and documentation to complete on seperation after forced resignation and what to expect when?

1.Severance package(Got a hard copy wirh no. Of months) 2.HIS continuation (Sent email to insurer) 3.Outplacement Services (Signed consent form submitted with settlement team) 4.Settlement Kit with 4 signed documents for PF/Gratuity withdrawal etc.,

Anything more? As I got a shocker today from insurer that I didn't send then policy continuation letter, where I was instructed by settlement team only to send screenshot of policy page shown in Mediassist portal. Now I lost access as LWS was last week.

Alumniportal.tcs.com doesn't work, someone said I need do exit formalities in that portal itself. It's very cumbersome process and It looks like TCS HR guys have cheated and forcefully asked me to resign on pretext that they will provide severance package, continuation of insurance from corporate to retail, and Outplacement Support for Career Transition along with PF/Gratuity benefits.

And seperation team doesn't respond nor acknowledge my emails, Alumni portal doesn't work, corporate HIS team doesn't acknowledge nor respond...

All I have is just a hard copy given by seperation team mentioned I shouldn't file a case against them, and an ex-gratia with some months mentioned.

Alumni portal is working.. some OTP issue is there but keep trying.

I am also struggling to port the HIS policy to retail policy. I do not have policy continuation letter from TCS, I was told I will get consent email to continue or some letter in alumni portal, but received none.

When I mailed to New India Assurance team, they said, I have to do before last day. It was only two days of notice to me, as I was forced resigned.

TCS portal doesn't have anything related to HIS.
