Hahaha I have 12 P4 and 9 P3 advance I got nothing
How did you get those?
Some via assessments most of them came by certificates I'm a study bug i love studying if Accenture provides free certificates I will study the tech explore it and give exams like this I have 23 total certifications
I've not achieved anything with these but is it true that they can't put me in pip or remove me for any random reason if I'm having so many P4? Can someone confirm that
If you are on Exemplary promotion list , then Ofcourse P4 is a big advantage. I got promoted for being P3 . P4 is a still a distant dream in SAP EWM , although I completed 3 SAP Certifications
How to get certified in SAP pls tell me how to do certificates
I'm at L12, did some Professional GCP certifications and got P3.5 and P4 in couple of secondary skills. Though these skills are not used in my current project, can I still expect anything? And if no perks then can I expect a promotion in the June cycle to L11? (I joined in March 2024 as a fresher and have cleared Techleap school 1, also got P3 in my primary skill)

Only advantage is you will get recog points, if you are thinking about promotion this all depend on your manager, if he thinks this is great achievement he will call out else there is no benefits, i am having P4 from 2023 , and i did not get any benefits since my supervisor is damn boomer and he does not give shit to certifications , Proficiency n all, he just like to see you work for him all the day n night thats all
