Even by doing mandatory learnings and certifications they give 3 rating to me. Since last year I have stopped doing all these so called mandatory courses. Still 3 rating

Our landlord increased the rent by 10%

Most of us are here, because we didnt take much efforts like others you are being paid more. That being said, it doesnt mean we should deserve for efforts we do at our job. This hike will just derail all pent up motivation that company kept promising

It's very clear from the peanuts hike percentage vs ratings: It's not like cognizant has struggled this year for maintaining their planned revenue estimate benchmark, instead they are making record YOY revenue growth in past cycles. And this time it's the highest one. It means they are making enough and extra money from our late and extended on calls and effort. Conclusion : if they are delaying hike and not giving what we deserve, clearly they are stealing our money by giving delayed and less hikes. Now going forward don't do that extra effort and take up initiatives for extra work. Just remember this and they will understand the true value off employees. Just remember Cognizanit was the only IT company in which attrition rate was the highest for these cheap games. Disappointing and Pathetic

Will 5 rating also get 4% hike ?
