What am I not considering ?

Have little greater 2 Cr cash (MF, stocks, bank balance etc) that can be liquidated real quick.

Few Cr in real estate assets. No debt. Dependents also earn by themselves.

Monthly spend of 50k-60k, can optimise further if needed.

Why I should not leave my stressful job, and take something which has more WLB or lower pay with less tension ?

What all should I consider before taking this decision ?

No kids.. Only married.. No kids in future... Have a own house
