Not like that. My parents are elders, I stay little far from office location. Travel time and if anything emergency, they need immediate attention

Ask ur HR and supervisor with proof.. otherwise everyone has some reasons, personal things, family matters... Its not that simple... The best option is join some other org where u get WFO
