Trending @Accenture; What all no- coding skills can a Software QA learning to enhance career.

I am a software Quality analyst having 7yrs of experience. Due to project compulsion I having been learning Java, Selenium ( coding skills) which I am not at all interested.

I am okay with switching my career also but no sure where to start.

Any suggestions for which non code skills can I learn and enhance my current position.
