Trending @Wipro; What all do you get in FnF apart from salary?

I have resigned and currently on my NP, I wanted to know apart from salary what all is given as a part of FnF? As of now I am not joining a new organisation and hence my gratuity cannot be transferred (I suppose). In that case what happens to my gratuity amount?

If you have completed 5 yrs then you will get gratuity and other components like salary, remaining leaves will be convert into cash and it will be added in fnf

Gratuity based on eligibility Leave encashment Qplc and deductions will also be there like if any bonus amount need to paid back, pf for that month, medical insurance if opted
