What after shutting down my startup?
So, I'm writing this weeks away from shutting down my startup. Ran it for a year, raised a small angel round, built the product and got a few paying customers but can't go on because we are almost out of money and sales cycle is too long.
What I did in the startup - Did everything apart from finance/legal but mainly handled tech and product.
What I did before that - 8 years of full stack engineering experience in India and EU. Built 0-1 products and handled 10-100 scale. B.Tech from tier 3 college.
My question - What are my options now? I'd like to branch out a bit and try my hand at Product Management or roles in VC. Do you guys think I'd be a good fit?

I believe Product management is a good option if you want to go all managerial. If you want a technical role, try for something that suits your expertise like Senior Lead Architect/ Senior SME/ Principal consultant/ to facilitate the software needs of the client.

Thanks for the reply!
Not sure if I want to go back to a technical role. I’ve written so much code in the last year I’m sick of it lol
