What after B.Com ?

Completed my B.com from a government college 2 years back. Have been handling family business, now planning to get my feet into the corporate world. What should be my next steps ?

Short term Courses? Certifications ? Internship?

I am inclined towards Finance and Management.

Please advice.

I think better to get some good internship first. Post this u can apply for jobs. Also there r many finance online courses. You can go through. And capitalise on ur business experience
