I have always wondered about the salary disparity, I know devs in US who are 20% capable compared to Indian devs in general and US devs getting 200K whereas indian Devs are still at 30L. Wouldn't it make more sense for companies to hire in India than in US?
P.S: I understand the PPP equation etc, I am just questioning the business logic here.
