Don't we have auto promotion from P to PA this year? Anyone has any idea about it?.if it's auto promotion then by any chance our project hr can stop it for any reason?

P to PA is not an auto promotion, your manager approval is needed. And it will quarterly happen. Discuss with your manager and ask them for promotion

Tnx for ur reply..so if approval giving by Jan can I expect that to be reflected by Jan itself..or will it be by april.
