Hi ppl so I am a new joiner in Accenture I just completed one year in Accenture and I have completed the tech leaf exam successfully... So I am confused about the promotion now because when I asked my manager he said that we already had proposed your name for promotion let's wait and see So does anyone have any idea about this in March cycle promotions what is the conditions and all

I think there are no conditions or criteria for the tech leap promotion, as I heard it'll be totally dependent on manager to manager. We'll be having an URL where we can see who promoted in the current cycle. The tech lead promotions URL will be circulated in some groups when the cycle period is near.
