What a Hike!!!!!

After getting the compensation letter last night, Today I am Planning to open multiple Bank Accounts. Can't keep so much money in 1 Bank. For Some, this Organisation is such a Disgusting place I can't explain. Which company gives 1-2% hike annually? My question is , is there any way you can refuse to take the same?

You can inform your HRBP that you donot need hike and utilize the hike provided for TCS growth.
