Trending @Cognizant; What a chindi company cognizant is!

What is cognizant upto? My friend last day was on the day before month end. So salary has already been credited They asked to pay 1 day excess salary to their employees. I mean seriously? Such a big name and this is what they are doing. Don't they have a team to get it settled in fnf ? Don't they have people who know how to do fnf settlement? So, they have to ask employees to pay their 1 day excess salary otherwise they would take legal action. Like employees unka paisa chura ke bhag rhe hai? All this could have been settled down in fnf settlement. I was shocked to know about this. Very unethical.
