WFO x Band Baaja Baraat
Can anyone from the community please confirm that is it right that if WFO index is low, it will have an impact in band ? Because, ideally WFO shouldn't have any jurisdiction in deciding band. Band is given on the basis of your work, contributions, skill set and the harmony that you have built and maintained in your team. Any explainations please ?
It totally depends on your manager what points they are considered while giving bands. So, you can see different reasons for bad bands. It means the reason for getting a band is different but the band is the same which is C. So, if you get A band then also what you get is 6% and inflation of basic things is 7%. What finally matters is the hike and the hike for A band is also a peanut. So for peanuts why you scratch your nuts. Lets move from here where grass is greener.
Yes, i do agree with your point like WFO IS NOT RELATED TO SKILL,WORK CONTRIBUTION, I am also a Victim of this poor politics.
