Trending @Accenture; WFO (work from office ) mandatory or fake?
Hi, I'm going only 1 day or maximum 2 days per month to the office but they are telling us to come weekly 2 days but even though I didn't go I'm not getting any warning email?
If they are not tracking ?
It's all a hoax. I know people who have clearly stated they won't be able to join from the office and no action has been taken (apart from few emails and people leads meetings). People who have great dependencies company is taking no action in them (especially females).
People generally get scared on the very step when email is being sent to them for not meeting the RTO compliance. Just don't get bothered and clearly state that you won't be able to join from the office stating some good reason .
I would say you are walking on thin ice. Three of my team members were terminated as a result of non compliance even though two of them were rockstars with solid client dependencies. There is no tolerance for non compliance so don’t take chances.
Btw.. anyone telling you otherwise has not seen what is truly happening.. Moreover they have nothing to lose here so don’t listen to others unless you really don’t care if you lose your job on short notice.
Everything will be all of a sudden, after emails hr will connect and may even fire you.
Happened with 2 of my team members, they got a few emails and one day they were asked not to log in from tomorrow.
They are tracking...but 2days are not enforced strictly yet so you're not getting anything
Why are you taking risk. as if they get to know they make take serious action at once
