WFO / WFH Policy
Why is it that senior associates/consultants (working in TCS since long) are not reporting to office? Why is there an exception for them?? Policies are not meant to be same for every associate in TCS??
How do we flag this and to whom??
Because they don't get qva anyway even if they come. So why will they come for 0 qva
Why do you worry about other employees .. if you want to get WFH you should discuss it .. by the way I am working from home as I am not getting any qva.
I am also doing WFH. HR deducted my base salary. They put unauthorized absence which is not at all supported by any policy in TCS. So many unethical activities are happening in TCS. HR are openly threatning on the phone.
You might be seeing few exceptional cases ... Most of seniors are reporting to office for last 2 years.
In March you might see decline as they might be utilising their leaves which anyway going to expire
