Wfo status -No ID card
Guys I have recently joined TCS, And for some unforseen reasons my ID card was not ready yet as my manage was getting whitebox error and then gess portal was down When I tired going to office they shoved me away saying without id there is no entry Now I got an email saying it's no show for 3 Feb And then I check 2office application It's showing like that for last 2 weeks now What problems I can face for this What are my next steps Will I not get paid at all? Raise wfo exception in gess citing card not available as reason
Thanks for responding can you please guide me where exactly i am supposed to go ? I am in gesshome and can see options like leave apply leave and so on
My profile - Wfo exception, also ping HR and manager for the same to approve else they will never approve it. Here in TCS you have to ask to these requests approved or else they don't do it on their own, although they receive these requests just fine
