WFO query drom Non ODC
So here d thing
After wfo update we were staying in office but they installed jammers and net was not working. We gt mail communication from is team that jammers are intentionally installed and need to get a won from the location whoch was not possible from lroject side
So with the above mail comm we were swiping 2 times and maintainy3-5 hra bracket
Now out of all d 4/5 associates one guys says he is going ofc and internet is working and he is started ataying for aome time in of. Ao he sowsnt have to go two times..So what to do now ?
Need to to go ofc and stay as one huy already started or continue swiping 2 times
PS : never got rto non compliant mail and our location is non odc.
Please suggest and advise ..
Raise it with your managers. It totally depends on your project and specifically your managers.
They can even get you WFH if the jammer case is really bad. They will say crap like its not a decision they can take ( which implies No and they want to be the good people to save face ) but its totally on them.
So check in with your managers and push them to decide in the outcome you would like to receive.
