Can any HR confirm about the correct policy for wfo in Accenture. I am asked to report 3 days a week plus for a complete 9 hours. For another team i am aware they are coming 8 days a month for 4 hours.
So what is the actual policy, or hire management is making things up as they please.
Management is making things up as they please. Stick to what your team is doing.
That's what it seems my management is being so strict about these "self made" policies especially implementing it on juniors. Making them stay at the office till 9:30 night to avail cab facility, but people who have vehicles like seniors can leave whenever they please.....hell they leave at 4 o'clock evening.

There's no standard policy. no one ever comes to office from my team
It will change as per team and manager. You need to check with your manager. Mine was 2 days per week
