Friday i got one mail regarding wfo policy . They mention that i need to do 9 hours wfo daily(5 days a week) . I am from cybersecurity domain. so do we need to work according to it??

It depend on your team , if they are doing so else maintaining WFO hours to maintain wfo index is fine
