WFO pleasure/nightmare??
For me it’s a nightmare. As we are asked to go to office and work from there but the issue is the provided internet connection is under TCS VPN. But since we have to work using client VPN, we cannot connect with TCS connection so have to use our personal connection. Management is fully ignoring us and our issues. They are sharing mails threatening us that if we fail to go to office and work for standard hours, they will deduct QVA, won’t give promotions and appraisal will be nominal. What to do don’t know. Need help. Only option left is to switch. Others facing any such issues??

Apparently, there is a way to get this sorted by deploying a VLAN based on project requirements to your desk. But like anything within TCS, its a tedious process of raising RFCs, following up multiple times, meetings etc.
