Trending @Wipro; WFO plans as per new policy?
From next week this new policy kicks in, what are you guys planning? Finding it hard to spend 6 hrs in office as I don't even have a team here. Almost feel like resigning without any offer.
What about that policy that if your shifts gets over after 9 30 pm then your Manager can approve the wfh . Is this still there ?
hey guys this question to someone who knows what to do on such situations !!person who will be on bench how should he tackle the situation ,should he put down paper before the bench period of policy per band , if in that case wipro pay remianing days of the notice period?! or another scenario if bench period get over and employee havent got project oppartunity suppose!! then if he put down paper obviously he has to serve notice period without final settlement or LOP so in both scenario what will be the wise decision in ur view weather to put paper with or without offer before bench period or keep calm and wait for bench period to over and serve notice period !! somebody should advice here guys !! i know this comment is little offtopic ,, but it is worth to hear advise from someone here or somewhere else either way it is helpful

Almost makes me want to retire early. Really stupid policy. Company doesn't have guts to be different from others and that's why it's in a rut.
I'm working in alone since one year brother as I too am alone from one year.
Oops.. all the seats are occupied in the Open ODC. Its much irritating going to the office.
Make a group of people reacting to your this post stating that they are also going to face the same problem ... And then with your new buddies spend 6 hrs by playing or going out for watching movies etc.
