WFO percentage policy

I have wfo for April is 100%. For May it is 90% and for June it will be 85% with three no shows resulting in a 91% wfo percentage for quarter 1 25-26. Will it create any problem or is it okay? I think 85 and above is okay for all of us. Share your views
