WFO percentage for QVA

What should be the WFO index percentage for QVA to be credited? For this quarter, If i go continuously in sept then i will have 61% will I get QVA?

How wfo index percentage is calculated ? How many hours we stay in office ? Or even if we go 3 or 4 hrs daily, we will have 100% wfo index ?

No it depends whether u are going to office not hours . Hours are not calculated
