WFO percentage correction

I noticed that my Work From Office (WFO) percentage for this quarter is currently showing as 84%. Upon reviewing, I realized that I had missed updating one day of sick leave, which impacted the calculation.

If I apply for that sick leave now, is it possible to make a correction from the back end so that my WFO percentage reflects accurately (85%)?
