WFO non compliance
Hi All,
If we do not follow more than 85% wfo compliance, monthly performance pay and performance bonus will be deducted for only that quarter and those 3 months or will the deduction continue till next quarter as well? Are there any other consequences as well along with this salary deduction?

I dont understand these MFs pay us to attend office or to work on project and deliverables..😡
I thought finally We left our 75% college attendance chutiyapa behind.. now this 😂

So what about people having above 85 percentage Compliance.They would start to take WFH just to attain the 85 percentage mark.I got fed up of these hikes and policies.Got a offer and resigning today
