What will happen if i dont go office for a month ? I joined as B2 on may And dont wanna go to office in july and on aug will go i completed 12 days in june.
Nothing will happen if you apply for exemption and get it approved from your BU.
If you do apply and get exemption approved then it would be the reason for low or no hike in next appraisal cycle.
I dont care for hike i just got project also As i joined this year only i will not be eligible for hike
You need to apply for BTO exemption with reasons on portal, and then there is a process where they will accept/reject request. You should check with your manager if he is ok to give exemption. And definitely compliance will affect performance bonus and hike
I dont need hike and penuts i can save ton if i dont go office ;-;
