WFO Non- Compliant || No. Of hours

Today I got this mail, since I am reporting to my near bt location from last one year my team has no problem with it but due to no odc I used to stay 2-3 hours in office. today I got this mail from HR any one getting this. How serious we should take this mail.

Mail is like "we observe you are reported less than three hours as per policy you need to working 9 hours something like this.....
You will be take as serious this mail and do required adjustment
