Hi, If we work just 3.5 hours in office will it be considered for attendance? I am thinking of working 3.5 hours in office and remaining from home. But average working hours will fall behind the min avg working hours. How are you managing it.

Working for 3.5 hr will considered for WFO but for rest of the day you have to apply WFH or onduty, even if you apply WFH it will not going to deduct from you Wfh days

We need to have 9.15 hours in average on monthly basis or quarterly basis?? What if we didn't maintain 9.15 hours in average????
