WFO issue as no project seat in my base location

Hi All, Can someone please suggest if I can ask for a release from my project, as I am asked to work from the project ODC location, which is Hyderabad, however I joined TCS from Delhi NCR location. I can not relocate due to family constraints. Please suggest what steps can be taken further for the same.

You can mention them due to family constraint I won’t be relocate to Hyderabad, I am ready to work from Delhi location. There is only one ODC for your project, because I heard in TCS you can work from any location if ODC is present or not.

We can work from any location, it's still fine if we don't have any odc. They will ask you to raise wfo exception. I work so

Ask for release, I think they will not release you and still you will be working from your base location
