WFO Index value for C2 Promotion

What is the WFO Index requirement for getting your name in the list of eligible candidates for C2 Promotions?

Will they check only the last quarter or last 2-3 quarters ?

Can the manager push the names even if the WFO Index < 85%

There is no set threshold but it's definitely one of the key parameters for promotions from last year onwards.

What if someone is >85% RTO compliant for the last few quarters but last quarter is around 80-83% compliant? Will they consider that?
