Hi can any one please confirm my feb jan wfo index was low so even i go to ofc all march days my quarter wfo index will effect so is it possible if i apply leave in feb and jan it will get improve? overall quarter index

Nope..try to be more punctual from April quarter and be in office for 3-5 hours daily..each day now reduces your index by 5%
