In Dec , I went for 13 days only (including exception), still it is showing 100% attendance. I am happy, but don't know how they are calculating.

That will depend on your current grade, you can check the latest message in ultimatix from hr head.

If you are C2 or below then no deduction. If c3a and above then there will be deduction in qva
