WFO index formula
What is the exact formula of WFO index? I didn’t understand yet. How many days in a month, we can do WFH so index would remain above 85% to avoid any deduction in variable pay for C3A consultants?

If a month has 30 days,
i.e
4 weekends - 8
working days - 21
branch holiday. - 1
Eg You went to office for 18 days you took one day leave - applied. So 18+1
19 out of 21 is the calculation.
