Hi all, have you checked your WFO index , I just got 82 %...I have visited the office for around 17 days and 3 Leaves

Earlier they consider 12 days WFO as 100% ... now it's been changed all working days ... WFO index = No of days office attendance/ No of working days ( leaves won't be consider )

In 2 office they have updated WFO index for Jan

Now they want you to do 5 days a week.
(Number of days attended + Leaves) / (Total number of working days in that month).

Should be 87, 82 will be for 19 days including leaves.
