WFO Index Calculation
WFO Index how it's calculated is it (no. of days attendant office) / No. of total working days.? or is it by No. of days in month means taking weekend also ? i means supposs total working days is 23 for a month and total days in month either 30/31 so which is being considered. Please let me know your thoughts
I have not attended office 2 days in a month still it shows 100 percentage. That's why am little confused 🤔
WFO Index = (No of Attended days in office + Leaves + Holidays+ Exceptions) / No of working days in month
A - No of days visited office (B-No shows) B - Total number of days in current month (Exclude Weekends, Exception days, personal leave) C =WFO Index
C=(20/23)*100 - your index %
