WFO Index Calculation

I had got an exception from WFO for Jan and Feb 2025. But in Mar2025 I was supposed to go to office. I didn't go a single day as there was network issue and we were asked to raise WFO exception for APR2025 as well. I took one leave in March. Now my WFO Index for Q-4 is 5 %. How is this justified?

On a separate note, why would my WFO index for Feb 2025 would show as NA if I’ve joined as a lateral during 2nd week of Feb? Any idea?

Raise exception now and get it approved with supervisor.

Also raise ultimatix ticket by 22 april and get it closed so QVA correctly reflects

Maybe because you didn't have ID card for few days initially?
