I have not visited 7 days office for Nov month. But it's showing 100% office visit for Nov 😂

How it's calculating the office vitsit in 2Speed??

HR called me on teams and told me to maintain minimum average office hours which he explained should br 2 hours.

Sent me a warning email regarding this. I don't know what should I do.

I am really so frustrated right now. It seems they juat want to bug the employees every quarter with something new to have fun with them

There is RTO policy and Table showing %of days vs %of variable pay you get.

I remember 85% and above to get 100% various pay and I think anything less than 60% will be 0 variable pay.

85% attendance for 20 working day in month , is arround 17 days WFO

Yes this I was aware. And in all months I'm going 17 or 18 days as per 85 % but index shows 100% for all months
