WFO Index 100% - Quaterly Bonus

I have 100% for this quater showing in 2office app. Will I get the entire quarterly bonus (minus the TDS)?

It is like lottery, if you get it enjoy the bonus , else think it was not meant for you, reduce this Variable component from your CTC, that is the actual CTC. Anything extra is your BONUS 🤣

How to get variable and fixed amount numbers through salary structure. They haven’t mentioned fixed/variable anywhere.
