WFO in Notice Period
Present I am in my notice period and 75days left. Will they increase notice period if I am not going to office. QVA reduction is fine but my only worry is about last working day.
No I guess one of my friend had resigned recently in November he didnt went to office for 38 days and there was no increase in his Notice period it was exactly 90 days
As far as I know, unless you take leaves the LWD stands fixed at 90 days Issue is , currently anything is possible , hope some guys who left already can help
Are they still making you serve 3 months notice period. I though they will release within a konth. If we are billed in a project for last 3.5 years, jow can we negotiate the notice period to 1 month or below? Considering I have 33 earned leaves with me
