WFO in Notice Period
I have put my resignation today.
Do we need to WFO during NP.
I was thinking to go back to my hometown for these 90 days.
Anyone with similar experience..please share your thoughts.
If you are leaving for sure then they cannot do anything. Worst they will do is cut your quarterly pay
I don't care if pay cuts or weekend support... question will be if I don't report to office can they extend my LWD
I don't think so still talk to your supervisor/ HR. Tell them some emergency that you have tk go home and ask if it will effect your LWD or not. One person from my team served notice period and never came to Office after resignation and nothing happened
For me they have asked to visit base location for some customer visit, not sure what they can do if I deny.

No Wonder if they ask you to come and work on WEEKENDS too..!!!
WFO is mandatory during the notice period unless there is a medical emergency. If you are on the bench, there might be some flexibility, but it largely depends on your HR and manager
In a project..but I was not even visiting till now....just worried about NP getting extended
